All services for these remaining homes are now installed and excavation has commenced. Construction crews are also building out a new road on Wilkins Gate.

Enclaves of West Park Village launched in the summer of 2016 and sold out in less than 6 months! The first release of townhomes and attached singles was a tremendous success as was the final release of 40 lots, which sold out in a matter of weeks. Continuing Quality Customer Service In Cobourg
In November of 2016, VANDYK resolved a request from a group of homeowners on Kerr Street at West Park Village. Collectively, the homeowners were unhappy with a wood fence at the back of their lots that was blocking scenic views of the forest and nature. Through reevaluation of the existing noise conditions it was found that the fence was no longer required under the MOE Noise criteria. VANDYK had to renegotiate with both CN and CP Rail as well as secure approval from the Town Council and Town of Cobourg Planning Department in order for this requirement to be removed. VANDYK was able to successfully remove the wood fence and install a chain link fence. The entire process took five months to complete and VANDYK was able to achieve the favourable view as you see it today!
