“East of the Humber River: Bloor West Village”

Location is everything…right? Come on an adventure with us as we bike through different neighbourhoods in south Etobicoke to show you just how close and diverse your backyard can be!

In our second episode of ‘Your Backyard In Minutes’, we take you on a bike ride through the charming Bloor West Village! We start our route at the site of the future home of Backyard Condos at the corner of Berry Road and Stephen Drive in the quaint Sunnylea neighbourhood.

Bloor West Village is famous for its mom and pop shops and local eateries. The best part is that it’s only a 14 minute bike ride from Backyard Neighbourhood Condos.

Here’s where we stopped along our route:

Humber River Recreation Trail
This trail is a route along the Discovery Walks, a program of self guided walks that link city ravines, parks gardens, beaches and neighbourhoods.

Old Mill Inn & Historic Old Mill Bridge
