We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Coordinator to work collaboratively with other members of the VANDYK Sales and Marketing team to create and deliver high quality digital copy writing and social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Producing content, including original creative copy for a variety of clients social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Planning and schedule social media content for a month duration
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and deliver creative solutions for all current and future projects
• Copy writing for corporate blog, social media posts, e-blasts and various other online publications
• Create weekly and monthly reports on social media and e-blasts stats and findings
• Respond to online reviews and messages associated with VANDYK
• Design eye catching and effective marketing communication pieces that coincide with the specific projects branding while reflecting VANDYK corporate guidelines and company standards
• Anticipate and track trends to stay on top of fresh approaches to marketing and advertising
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Deliver tasks in a timely fashion within given deadlines
• Ability to take constructive criticism and recommendations from other team members
• Able to use out of the box thinking and work with minimal supervision to complete tasks quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role or equivalent
• Experience with Google Analytics data into strategic ideas
• Understanding of key email marketing metrics, industry benchmarks and best practices
• Excellent communication, time management, troubleshooting, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Mail Chimp
• MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Real Estate and Agency Experience
